Rent Payment

Rent is always due on the first day of each and every month. Please remember that there is no grace period for late rent payments. Rent can be dropped off in the office during business hours, or placed in the locked drop boxes, located in the residential lobby of Uptown Crossing.

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or cash. Cash payments must be made during business hours so that a receipt can be provided. Please do not place cash in the drop boxes.

JSM also offers automatic monthly withdrawals for your rent payment. You may sign up to have your rent payments automatically deducted from a checking or savings account. To sign up for this free service, please contact our office.

Via the link below, JSM offers credit card, debit card, or e-check payments. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge when using this payment option.
